1. The Data we collect
We collect anonymous information and data from our visitors to monitor the access and use of our website. Depending on the level of your engagement with the Website, we may need to send you certain communications, such as notification emails, service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the services, which you may not be able to opt-out from receiving.

The Website may contain social buttons provided by services like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+. Your use of these third party services is entirely optional. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of these third party services and you are responsible for reading and understanding those third party services’ privacy policies.

The security and confidentiality of your information is important to us, therefore we take extreme care to safeguard any personally identifiable information that you give us. We use data encryption technology where applicable to help protect against loss, misuse or alteration of your information: passwords or other sensitive personal data are stored in encrypted form while Secure Socket Layers are used to secure the information sent between your computer and our database. Nevertheless, no method of storing or transmitting electronic data is ever completely secure, therefore we cannot warrant or guarantee that any information won’t ever be accessed, used or released in a manner that is inconsistent with this policy.
7. Data protection directive & Legal compliance
Your personal data will be processed and protected in compliance with Slovenian Data Protection Law and consequently in compliance with the European Data Protection Directive.
We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce the Website policies or protect ours or others rights, property or safety. Note that in case Viidea receives a phone call, letter or other legally insufficient request for your data, it won’t directly comply because the law requires the government to take additional steps before getting your data; the government will be required to comply, at a minimum, with the legal process provided by the law before getting your data.

If Viidea, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Viidea goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Viidea may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
